1. Definitions

User refers to any individual accessing or using the platform.
Forteefied / We / Us refers to Obsidira (OPC) Private Limited.
Products refer to apparel and goods listed for sale.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or using the platform under parental supervision.
By using this website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract under Indian law.

3. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Forteefied shall not be liable for unauthorized access unless caused by our negligence.

7. Orders & Acceptance

A legally binding contract is formed only upon dispatch of the product.

We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

Orders may be cancelled by users within 6 hours, provided they have not been processed.

8. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days.

Delivery timelines may vary based on location and external factors.

Risk of loss passes upon successful delivery to the provided address.

9. Returns & Refunds

Returns are accepted only in cases of:

  • Incorrect product

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Valid size issues

Items must be unused and returned within 7 days.

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Customized or limited-edition products are not eligible unless defective.

10. Payments

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

We do not store card details, CVV, or banking credentials.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment information.

11. Fraud & Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend accounts or cancel orders in cases of:

  • Abuse of return policies

  • Chargeback misuse

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and other policies, constitute the complete agreement between you and Forteefied.
