Return & Refund Policy

1.  Made-to-Order Disclosure

All products sold by Forteefied are produced on a made-to-order basis. Production begins only after an order is confirmed and payment is received. This working model directly shapes the cancellation, return, and exchange terms set out in this policy, and customers are encouraged to review sizing and product details carefully before ordering.

2.  Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The request is raised within 5 calendar days of delivery.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and undamaged.
• Original packaging, tags, and labels are intact.
• A valid unboxing video is available (mandatory for claims involving damage, defects, or incorrect items) — see Section 3 for the video standard.

Forteefied reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3.  Unboxing Video Requirements & Burden of Proof

Any claim relating to damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect products must be supported by a continuous, unedited unboxing video that:

• Begins before the package is opened, showing the sealed parcel and shipping label.
• Continuously and clearly captures the entire unboxing process without cuts, pauses, or edits.

Edited, incomplete, or interrupted recordings may not be accepted as valid evidence, and the associated claim may be rejected on that basis.

The customer is responsible for providing sufficient evidence to support any return, exchange, or refund claim. Claims submitted without adequate supporting documentation — including the unboxing video where applicable — may be rejected.

4.  Order Cancellation Policy

Because products are made-to-order, cancellations are accepted only within a limited window (24 Hours) before production begins. This window will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

• Once an order has entered printing, production, or dispatch stages, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
• Cancellation requests within the eligible window may be raised through the Customer Account or by contacting support with the order details.

5.  Valid Reasons for Return

Returns will be accepted only in the following cases:

• Incorrect product received.
• Manufacturing defect.
• Significant size issue (only for first-time exchange requests).

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind or preference.
• Incorrect size selection by the customer.
• Minor variations in color or print due to screen differences.
• Second-time exchange requests.
• Products that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
• Requests submitted outside the return window.
• Courier or transit delays that are outside Forteefied's control.

6.  Return Process

• Submit a return request by logging into your Customer Account.
• Provide order details and supporting proof (images/unboxing video, as applicable).
• Once approved, a pickup will be arranged by Forteefied.

Return requests without proper proof may be declined. Customers should not arrange self-shipment unless expressly instructed by Forteefied — see Section 8.

7.  Exchanges

• Only one exchange per order is allowed.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested size is unavailable, a refund or store credit will be offered instead, at the customer's choice where possible.

8.  Return Shipping

Return pickup is provided at no additional cost, where serviceable. If pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product; shipping reimbursement in such cases may be provided at Forteefied's discretion.

Customers should not self-ship a return unless expressly instructed to do so by Forteefied. Unauthorized self-shipments may not be eligible for reimbursement and may not be processed.

If a return pickup is approved and scheduled, failure to hand over the parcel across the agreed pickup attempts may result in cancellation of the return request.

9.  Refunds & Store Credit

• Refunds are initiated after the returned product passes quality inspection.
• Processing time is 7–10 business days from approval.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.
• Where appropriate, Forteefied may offer store credit as an alternative resolution, in addition to or instead of a cash refund.

Forteefied is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

10.  Inspection, Approval & Rejected Returns

All returned items are subject to inspection. Returns may be rejected if:

• The product shows signs of use.
• Tags or packaging are missing.
• The item is returned in damaged condition.

Rejected returns are not eligible for refund or exchange. At Forteefied's discretion, a rejected item may be shipped back to the customer upon payment of applicable reshipping charges; if the customer does not respond to a reshipment request within a reasonable period, Forteefied reserves the right to dispose of the item.

11.  Important Notes

• Limited-edition or customized products are not eligible for return unless defective.
• Forteefied reserves the right to deny abusive or excessive return requests.
• All decisions regarding returns, refunds, and exchanges are final.

12.  Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with returns, exchanges, or refunds shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru Karnataka.
